Issue 22 of Paper Chained has now been released on our website, and is in the process of being posted to all subscribers in custody on our physical mailing list. Special thanks to this issue's cover artist, Mitch, who is currently incarcerated in NSW. Mitch was one of many incarcerated artists featured in our annual Paper Chained International exhibition, and in this issue you can read all about this years exhibition, which was held in February in Newcastle, NSW.

In this issue you'll also find coverage of Paper Chained's visit to the Greenbush, an annual exhibition in Alice Springs which exclusively shows sculptures welded by artists incarcerated at Alice Springs Correctional Centre. And as always, you'll be able to see incredible artworks and writing from all over the world throughout the issue.
